Question 1

Are your products melanin safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all Glowup products are designed with melanin rich skin in mind. We avoid harsh bleaching agents and focus on gentle, barrier supportive brightening that's effective for all skin tones.

Question 2

What's the difference between Radiant Brightener and Nightly Renewal Serum?

Accepted Answer

Radiant Brightener focuses on dark spots and discoloration using gentle exfoliating acids and targeted brighteners. Nightly Renewal Serum focuses on texture and overall skin renewal. We recommend alternating between them for best results (that's our Rotation Method™).

Question 3

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Our formulas are designed to be effective while supporting the skin barrier. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing first and starting with every other night use.

Question 4

Are your products cruelty-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all Glowup products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

Question 5

When will I see results?

Accepted Answer

Many customers notice brighter-looking skin in 7–14 days. Dark spots typically show visible improvement within 4–8 weeks of consistent use. Remember: consistency beats intensity!

Question 6

What is the Glowup Rotation Method™?

Accepted Answer

It's our signature alternating night routine: Night A uses Radiant Brightener, Night B uses Nightly Renewal Serum. This approach maximizes results while keeping your skin barrier healthy.

Question 7

Do I need to use sunscreen?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! SPF is essential when using any brightening products. Sun exposure can worsen dark spots and undo your progress. We recommend SPF 30+ daily, even on cloudy days.

Question 8

Can I use your products with retinol?

Accepted Answer

We don't recommend layering our Radiant Brightener with retinol on the same night, as both contain active ingredients. The Rotation Method allows you to get the benefits of both without overwhelming your skin.
