These terms are maintained by Glowup Skin Collection and govern your use of www.glowupskincollection.com and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Using This Site
You may browse, shop, and share our content for personal, non commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or copy our product photography, formulas descriptions, or written content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Products and Pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, ingredient lists, and pricing accurate. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Product images are representative; packaging may vary between batches.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that exceed reasonable quantities. Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify; we do not store your full payment card details. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional pricing, sale events, and discount codes are valid only for the dates stated and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other codes, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the package. We are not responsible for delays, misdelivery caused by an incorrect address, or packages marked delivered but reported missing; we will help you open a carrier claim where possible.
Returns and the Glow Guarantee
Our 30 Day Glow Guarantee applies as described on our product and FAQ pages. To request a return or exchange under the guarantee, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@glowupskincollection.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Skincare Disclaimer
Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. Information on this site is provided for general education and is not medical advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always patch test new products, review the full ingredient list for sensitivities, and consult a licensed dermatologist or physician about any skin concern, if you are pregnant or nursing, or before combining our products with prescription treatments.
Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non exclusive license to display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with our products and marketing. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or off topic.
Email and SMS Communications
By signing up for our list you agree to receive marketing messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. Transactional messages about your orders will continue regardless of marketing preferences.
Third Party Services
Our storefront relies on third party providers, including Shopify for checkout and payment, and shipping carriers for fulfillment. Their own terms apply to the services they provide. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites we link to.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowup Skin Collection is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
