Returns & Refund Policy

This policy is maintained by Glowup Skin Collection and explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on www.glowupskincollection.com.
The 30 Day Glow Guarantee
Skincare is personal, so every order is backed by our 30 Day Glow Guarantee. If you are not seeing results or simply are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a full refund or an exchange for something better suited to your skin.
How to Start a Return
Email info@glowupskincollection.com with your order number and a short note about what did not work for you. We will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back so your return can be matched to your order.
Exchanges
Prefer to swap rather than refund? Tell us your skin concern when you reach out and we will recommend a better fit. If the exchange product costs more, we will send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference to your original payment method.
Refund Timing
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5 to 10 business days after we process it. You will receive an email confirmation the moment the refund is sent from our side.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, and we will not ask you to ship the item back unless it is needed for a carrier claim.
Bundles and Sets
Bundles are refunded as a complete set. If you return part of a bundle, the remaining items are repriced at their individual prices and the refund is adjusted accordingly. Bundle discounts and promotional pricing are not transferable to replacement orders.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping is your responsibility for change of mind returns, and covered by us for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Orders over $75 ship free; if a free shipping order is fully returned, no shipping charge is deducted from your refund.
Non Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns requested more than 30 days after delivery, items purchased from a third party reseller rather than directly from us, or free gifts and samples. Gift cards, where offered, are non refundable.
Order Cancellations and Address Changes
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. If you need to cancel or correct a shipping address, email us as soon as possible. Once a package has shipped we cannot change its destination, but the guarantee above still applies after it arrives.
